Giver CRM customer terms
giver-crm-20261012-v1
Business use
Giver CRM is provided to companies and their authorised representatives for contact and sales administration. You confirm that you may act for the company named at registration. Each company receives its own area. A matching company name or email domain does not grant membership; colleagues join through a company invitation.
Scope
The service uses native Frappe CRM for contacts, organisations, leads, deals, tasks, notes and files. Giver adds company registration and access emails. There is no automatic exchange of accounts or data with Giver Benefits, no payment processing, and no enabled bulk or customer-contact email campaign service. No separate supplier cloud account is needed for this hosted CRM.
Charges
Creating an account does not start a paid subscription or authorise a charge. Any paid service, price or subscription requires a separate express agreement. Hosting capacity is limited; if a new company area cannot be provided, support will arrange the next step.
Company obligations
Protect your mailbox and access links, invite only authorised colleagues, and revoke access when they leave. Enter only data that you may lawfully use. Your company is responsible for notices to its contacts, lawful marketing and retention instructions. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, special-category personal data or credentials. Technical limits include 10 MB per file and the listed supported file types.
Support and service limits
Contact mmusiol@ongiver.com for access issues, incidents, export or closure. Giver maintains the service and encrypted backups. There is no guaranteed uptime, recovery deadline or legal, tax or bookkeeping certification under these terms. We do not limit mandatory statutory liability, including intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.
End of use
Either party may end the unpaid service with 30 days’ notice. Before closure your company may request its data export. Return and deletion follow the data-processing agreement; preservation duties for specific records remain. Suspicious access may be temporarily suspended to protect data; we will contact the affected company.
Open source
The underlying software and this extension retain their applicable open-source licences. The corresponding source and licence notices are available through the open-source link. These terms do not restrict rights granted by those licences.
